Personally, I believe that the best poses are those that reveal the advantages of the figure without overloading the frame. For example, a slight turn of the body, relaxed arms, looking to the side - all this creates a feeling of ease and confidence. Light is very important: soft, diffused light with natural shadows helps to emphasize muscles and relief, creating volume and depth. Ideally, if the light comes from the side or slightly from above, this emphasizes the shape of the body without excessive sharpness. As for angles, the classic is shooting at eye level or slightly higher, with an emphasis on the lines of the shoulders, chest and abs. Do not forget about the details - sometimes close-ups of hands, neck or back line look very expressive.
