I’ve been testing out different apps lately to keep myself consistent with daily habits, and someone suggested Liven. I tried it briefly, but I’m not totally sure yet if it fits me. It seems to mix productivity and mental wellness, which is cool, but I’d like to know more before I dive in. Has anyone done a proper Liven app review? What would you say are the main pros and cons?

I’ve looked into it a bit, and this Liven app review really helped me get a clearer picture. From my experience, the pros are its simple interface and the way it blends focus tools with relaxation prompts. The downside is that some features feel limited unless you stick with it consistently. Still, it gave me a boost when I was trying to reset my daily routine.
