The City is exclusive to the 2k22 mt latest consoles, the penthouse can only be unlocked in both the PS5 or Xbox Series X versions. To unlock the penthouse, players must complete tasks that earn MVP points. 1,000,000 MVP points is required to be able to complete this challenge. MVP for the City challenge.
Every quest that is completed rewards players with points, however the amount of MVP points received will vary for each quest. Players can track their progress by going to the quest menu and then checking in the City MVP section. Earning MVP points in NBA 2K22 is relatively easy. Anything players do whether it's advancing in MyCareer mode to strutting down the catwalk, will earn them points.
However, certain tasks provide an increased reward in points than others. For example, completing the NBA Career Points: 5 (under City MVP quests) will earn players 100,000 points. Additionally, getting through the Personal Brand: Free Spirit quest can earn you an additional 50,000 points. Other tasks, such as those in the cheap mt nba 2k22 Music Scene: Marvin's Room side quest or deciding whether to go to College and G-League will earn you fewer number of points (1,000 per).
